1. Are your a factory or a trading company?can you make a brief introduction?
Yes, we are a factory of home use beauty device with R&D teams and sales team.established in 2004 and located in Shenzhen, we have 120 workers in factory, 10 salesman and 17 engineer in R&D department, our factory monthly output is 600000pcs.

2. Can you make the products as our requirements? Generally What’s the product MOQ and what is lead-time of samples and bulk production?
Yes, we can make the products as your requests. Normally Stock product no MOQ, add logo MOQ is 500pcs, color/function costomized MOQ is 1000pcs, our samples times need 5-7 working days, bulk production is 1-2 weeks, but different products and different request the MOQ and times is different, please kindly send email to us for inquiry about that.

3. How do you control the product quality?
Every process we produce has a quality inspector to strictly control the quality. During production we have routine inspection, Before shipment, we test them one by one to check, finished product have twice times final inspection.

4. Does your products get the certification?
Yes, we get the FDA, FCC, CE, ROHS, UL, UN etc.

5. What is your price term and what kind of payments you can accept?
Our price term is EXW and FOB, more price terms can be negotiated, and we accept L/C, T/T, credit Card, cash, Paypal and Trade Assurance.
